Las pernoctaciones en alojamiento tur\u00edstico extrahotelero (apartamentos, campings, turismo rural y albergues) descendieron en junio un 2,8% respecto al mismo mes del a\u00f1o anterior, con un total de 14,9 millones, seg\u00fan la Encuesta de Ocupaci\u00f3n de Alojamientos Tur\u00edsticos del INE. Este resultado supone volver a terreno negativo, tras el impulso de mayo, al comparar con los fuertes crecimientos que tuvieron lugar un a\u00f1o atr\u00e1s. La evoluci\u00f3n negativa se debi\u00f3 principalmente a la ca\u00edda de la demanda extranjera (-4,8%), mientras que la de residentes retrocedi\u00f3 un 0,7%.<\/p>\n

Las pernoctaciones descendieron en todos los tipos de alojamientos con la ca\u00edda m\u00e1s intensa en los albergues, de un 13,2%, donde tuvieron evoluci\u00f3n negativa tanto las de extranjeros (-16,1%), como las de espa\u00f1oles (-10,8%). Por su parte, en los apartamentos <\/strong>las pernoctaciones descendieron un 3,6%, evoluci\u00f3n negativa impulsada por los extranjeros (-6,4%), mientras que las de los espa\u00f1oles aumentaron un 1,8%. En los campings<\/strong> el descenso fue m\u00e1s moderado, de un 0,9%, con ca\u00edda de las pernoctaciones de los residentes (-1,7%) y un leve incremento de los no residentes (+0,3%). El alojamiento de turismo rural<\/strong> tuvo la ca\u00edda m\u00e1s suave, de un 0,3%, con aumento de un 1,3% de los espa\u00f1oles y descenso de los extranjeros de un 2,9%.<\/p>\n

En cuanto a los precios, el \u00cdndice de Precios de los Apartamentos Tur\u00edsticos<\/strong> subi\u00f3 un 4% interanual en junio,<\/strong> respecto al mismo mes de 2025. El de los Campings<\/strong> creci\u00f3 un 2,1%,<\/strong> mientras que el de Turismo Rural <\/strong>baj\u00f3 un 0,1%.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
