Y lo ha hecho en un entorno dif\u00edcil; en un lugar alejado del foco y en un espacio de apenas 45 m\u00b2. All\u00ed defiende una propuesta de enorme profundidad, sensibilidad y elegancia, a la que peregrinan cocineros de todo el mundo.<\/p>\n<p>El jurado ha considerado que Pedro S\u00e1nchez es merecedor de este Premio Nacional de Gastronom\u00eda por haber construido una de las cocinas m\u00e1s personales y reconocibles del panorama gastron\u00f3mico internacional. Ha destacado su valent\u00eda, su humildad y su capacidad para emocionar a trav\u00e9s de una cocina que trasciende lo estrictamente culinario para convertirse en reflexi\u00f3n y pensamiento.<\/p>\n<div class=\"entry-content\">\n<h2>Premios Nacionales de Gastronom\u00eda 2026<\/h2>\n<p>La 52.\u00aa edici\u00f3n de los Premios Nacionales de Gastronom\u00eda culminar\u00e1 el pr\u00f3ximo 9 de noviembre con una gala que se celebrar\u00e1 en el Palacio de Congresos \u00abEl Greco\u00bb de Toledo, ciudad anfitriona de unos galardones que, por segundo a\u00f1o consecutivo, viajan fuera de Madrid para reconocer la riqueza y diversidad de las gastronom\u00edas que conforman Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de los meses de julio y septiembre, la Real Academia de Gastronom\u00eda continuar\u00e1 dando a conocer el resto de profesionales distinguidos en las diferentes categor\u00edas, completando as\u00ed un palmar\u00e9s que volver\u00e1 a reunir a algunas de las figuras m\u00e1s relevantes de la gastronom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n<p>Convocados desde 1974, los Premios Nacionales de Gastronom\u00eda constituyen el m\u00e1ximo reconocimiento que concede la Real Academia de Gastronom\u00eda y distinguen la excelencia, el talento y la contribuci\u00f3n de quienes impulsan nuestro patrimonio gastron\u00f3mico desde \u00e1mbitos tan diversos como la cocina, la sala, la investigaci\u00f3n, la comunicaci\u00f3n, la producci\u00f3n o la gesti\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La edici\u00f3n de 2026 cuenta con el apoyo institucional de la Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha, la colaboraci\u00f3n del Ayuntamiento de Toledo y el respaldo de CaixaBank, Mahou San Miguel y Kia, entidades que hacen posible la celebraci\u00f3n de estos galardones.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/2026\/07\/30\/pedro-sanchez-pedrito-de-baga-premio-nacional-de-gastronomia-2026-al-mejor-jefe-de-cocina\/\">source<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pedro S\u00e1nchez, cocinero y propietario del restaurante Bag\u00e1 (Ja\u00e9n), ha sido galardonado<span class=\"excerpt-hellip\"> [\u2026]<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5915","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias-externas"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.1 -
