Los alumnos de los cursos de cocina de Horeca Formaci\u00f3n han preparado, como ya es tradici\u00f3n, unas torrijas que han degustado autoridades y asistentes al acto institucional. Un peque\u00f1o anticipo de lo que ser\u00e1 <strong>Gastropasi\u00f3n<\/strong>, las jornadas gastron\u00f3micas m\u00e1s esperadas y que cada a\u00f1o acompa\u00f1an los actos institucionales y religiosos de esta festividad en la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Las torrijas que han saboreado los asistentes han puesto sobre la mesa el nivel gastron\u00f3mico que se mostrar\u00e1 en esta cita con la cocina de Cuaresma. Platos llenos de tradici\u00f3n, innovaci\u00f3n y sabor protagonizar\u00e1n una nueva edici\u00f3n de Gastropasi\u00f3n, impulsada por Horeca Restaurantes Zaragoza. Del <strong>28 de marzo al 6 de abril<\/strong>, <strong>numerosos establecimientos hosteleros <\/strong>participar\u00e1n con un esperado \u2018gastrotour\u2019 que permitir\u00e1 a zaragozanos y visitantes disfrutar de recetas de bacalao, potajes de vigilia, torrijas y men\u00fas especiales inspirados en la cocina tradicional de estas fechas.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de Horeca Restaurantes Zaragoza, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Lasheras, ha destacado que \u201cla gastronom\u00eda es clave para fomentar el turismo de nuestra ciudad y provincia, por lo que desde la organizaci\u00f3n seguiremos potenciando iniciativas que ayudan a la promoci\u00f3n y dinamizaci\u00f3n del sector\u201d. Las propuestas gastron\u00f3micas podr\u00e1n consultarse pr\u00f3ximamente en la web oficial de las jornadas: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gastropasion.com\/\">www.gastropasion.com.<\/a> Los men\u00fas especiales se ofrecer\u00e1n a precio cerrado e incluir\u00e1n bebida, manteniendo la filosof\u00eda de ediciones anteriores.<\/p>\n<p>Las jornadas tienen como objetivo contribuir a que muchas de las recetas tradicionales de Cuaresma, que forman parte del patrimonio cultural gastron\u00f3mico, se mantengan vivas y puedan seguir siendo disfrutadas tanto por los zaragozanos como por los visitantes. En esta edici\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s, los restaurantes participantes volver\u00e1n a apostar por el <strong>producto aragon\u00e9s <\/strong>como base de sus propuestas culinarias.<\/p>\n<p>Horeca Restaurantes Zaragoza organiza estas jornadas en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Junta Coordinadora de Cofrad\u00edas de la Semana Santa de Zaragoza y el Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza- Zaragoza Turismo. Asimismo, cuenta con el respaldo del Gobierno de Arag\u00f3n, Diputaci\u00f3n Provincial de Zaragoza, Turismo de Arag\u00f3n, \u2018Arag\u00f3n, Sabor de Verdad\u2019, D.O.
