Esto supone un incremento del 2,8% respecto al mismo mes del a\u00f1o anterior. En relaci\u00f3n con el mercado laboral del conjunto del pa\u00eds, que en dicho mes creci\u00f3 un 2,7% interanual, el empleo tur\u00edstico supone el 3,3% del total de afiliados.<\/p>\n<p>La variaci\u00f3n de los afiliados ha sido positiva en hosteler\u00eda, donde se registra un aumento de 43.430 afiliados (16.543 en los servicios de alojamiento y 26.887 en los servicios de comida y bebidas), pero fue negativa en agencias de viajes, que descendi\u00f3 en 10.981 trabajadores. En las otras actividades tur\u00edsticas el aumento fue de 40.573 trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crece el n\u00famero de asalariados en el sector\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el primer mes del a\u00f1o, la cifra de asalariados en el sector tur\u00edstico aument\u00f3 un 3,3% respecto al mismo mes del a\u00f1o anterior. Por ramas de actividad, el empleo asalariado descendi\u00f3 en agencias de viajes y operadores tur\u00edsticos (-11%) y aument\u00f3 en hosteler\u00eda (2,7%), y dentro de \u00e9sta, se increment\u00f3 un 3,9% en los servicios de alojamiento y un 2,4% en los servicios de comida y bebida.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el empleo aut\u00f3nomo en turismo, que representa el 18,5% del total de trabajadores afiliados, se increment\u00f3 un 0,7%. En la actividad de hosteler\u00eda se aprecia un incremento de 2% debido al aumento en los servicios de alojamiento (24,2%) y de comidas y bebidas (0,3%). En las agencias de viajes se observa un descenso interanual del 29,1% en el n\u00famero de aut\u00f3nomos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comunidad Valenciana, donde m\u00e1s crece el empleo\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En enero de 2026, el empleo en el conjunto de hosteler\u00eda y agencias de viajes y operadores tur\u00edsticos aument\u00f3 en todas las Comunidades Aut\u00f3nomas excepto en Ceuta y Melilla, donde no var\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En cifras absolutas, el mayor incremento se ha dado en Andaluc\u00eda (8.648 trabajadores m\u00e1s), seguida de la Comunidad Valenciana (7.825) y Canarias (3.773).\u00a0 En cuanto a valores relativos, en primer lugar, la que m\u00e1s crece es la Comunidad Valenciana.
