Los participantes finalistas, presentaron sus tapas in situ ante un jurado profesional.<\/p>\n<p>Este jurado profesional, formado por Jimena Meije del Restaurante Mar\u00eda Manuela, \u00c1lvaro Rey profesor de Hosteler\u00eda, Benigno Couso del Restaurante Patouro y Aurora del Grupo Don Pepe, tras deliberar decidi\u00f3 que \u00ab<strong>\u00c9CHE O QUE HAI<\/strong>\u00ab, de\u00a0<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-palette-1-color\">Nikk\u014d Espacio Gastron\u00f3mico<\/mark>\u00a0es la mejor tapa de este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>La tapa, inspirada en Jap\u00f3n, en uno de los platos que las personas que trabajan en el campo utilizan para comer.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de un premio de 1.500 \u20ac, patrocinado por Estrella Galicia, la ganadora se enfrentar\u00e1 representando a la ciudad de Vigo en el\u00a0<strong>Campeonato Oficial Hosteler\u00eda de Espa\u00f1a \u2013 Tapas y Pinchos 2026 organizado por Hosteler\u00eda de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>\u00a0y en el\u00a0<strong>Campeonato auton\u00f3mico organizado por la Xunta de Galicia<\/strong>, \u201cMellor Coci\u00f1eiro de tapas 2025, Sete Cidades, Sete Sabores\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Se quedaron a las puertas ORENTAKO, de\u00a0<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-palette-1-color\"><strong>La Orensana<\/strong><\/mark>, como 2\u00ba finalista; DIM SUM \u00d3 CALDEIRO de\u00a0<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-palette-1-color\">As Lolas<\/mark><\/strong>\u00a0como 3\u00ba finalista, SARDINBANQUI de<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-palette-1-color\">\u00a0La Tiquismiquis<\/mark><\/strong>\u00a0como 4\u00ba finalista, MANOLI\u00d1O de\u00a0<mark class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-palette-1-color\"><strong>Voltarei<\/strong><\/mark>\u00a0como 5\u00ba finalista.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se otorgaron los siguientes premios:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Premio a la tapa m\u00e1s popular para\u00a0<strong>ORENTAKO<\/strong>, de\u00a0<strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-theme-palette-1-color\">La Orensana<\/mark><\/strong>.
