As\u00ed lo recoge el Indicador de Confianza Hostelera correspondiente al tercer trimestre, elaborado por HOSTELER\u00cdA DE ESPA\u00d1A, que mide trimestralmente la percepci\u00f3n del sector sobre la evoluci\u00f3n de su actividad.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00edndice de confianza se situ\u00f3 en 89,1 puntos, por debajo del umbral neutral de 100 (que marca el equilibrio entre valoraciones positivas y negativas), y en l\u00ednea con el resultado del trimestre anterior (88,4 puntos). Los tres componentes del Indicador (anual, trimestral y expectativas), tuvieron resultados negativos. El \u00edndice trimestral se mantuvo pr\u00e1cticamente en equilibrio, mientras que las expectativas para el \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o reflejan el mayor pesimismo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comparando con el segundo trimestre de 2025<\/strong>, el balance fue de -0,3 puntos, con valoraciones positivas (36%) y negativas (36,3%) pr\u00e1cticamente igualadas, y un 27,8% de empresarios que no percibi\u00f3 cambios.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>comparaci\u00f3n respecto al tercer trimestre de 2024<\/strong> tuvo un balance de -5,5 puntos, siendo el tercer trimestre consecutivo con resultado desfavorable, aunque m\u00e1s moderado que el de los dos trimestres anteriores y que en el mismo per\u00edodo de 2024. Un 31,7% de los empresarios consider\u00f3 que la situaci\u00f3n hab\u00eda mejorado respecto al a\u00f1o anterior, frente a un 37,2% que la percibi\u00f3 peor, y un 31,1% que no observ\u00f3 variaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Las <strong>expectativas<\/strong> para el \u00faltimo trimestre del a\u00f1o presentan el balance m\u00e1s negativo de los tres \u00edndices que componen el Indicador, acentuando la tendencia desfavorable del trimestre anterior, con -27 puntos. S\u00f3lo un 19,4% conf\u00eda en una mejora de la actividad, mientras que un 46,5% que anticipa un empeoramiento, y un 34,1% no espera cambios.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto a los factores internos que m\u00e1s afectan a los resultados empresariales, la <strong>mayor presi\u00f3n fiscal <\/strong>se sit\u00faa como la principal preocupaci\u00f3n, seguida del aumento de los <strong>costes de las<\/strong> <strong>materias primas<\/strong>, con las mayores valoraciones. Los <strong>costes salariales<\/strong>, aunque pierden algo de relevancia, ocupan el tercer lugar.
