Procedente del Grupo Restalia, donde ha desarrollado su \u00faltima etapa profesional como chef de I+D creando nuevos productos y men\u00fas, Salameh cuenta con una consolidada trayectoria creativa en el sector de la gastronom\u00eda, donde ha ocupado cargos de relevancia en prestigiosas empresas del sector como el Grupo Tragaluz o el restaurante Imparcial.<\/p>\n

Alberto Salameh es un apasionado de la cocina, que disfruta \u201ctrabajando las t\u00e9cnicas de cocinado tradicionales y desarrollando las m\u00e1s vanguardistas\u201d. En un compromiso con el aprendizaje continuo, el chef estudia \u201ccada uno de los procesos que ocurren cuando cocino\u201d, factores que contribuir\u00e1n al desarrollo de soluciones adaptadas a las necesidades de los hosteleros y al contacto directo y cercano con los clientes.<\/p>\n
