Bajo este objetivo, <a href=\"https:\/\/horecazaragoza.com\/\">Horeca Zaragoza<\/a> impulsa un nuevo proyecto audiovisual de sensibilizaci\u00f3n para acercar y potenciar el colectivo entre la sociedad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCon #OrgulloHostelero, damos voz a los protagonistas del sector. Trabajadores que lo dan todo cada d\u00eda y disfrutan con lo que hacen\u201d, apunta el presidente de Horeca Restaurantes Zaragoza, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Lasheras. \u201cFrente a los prejuicios -a\u00f1ade-, mostramos que en la hosteler\u00eda se trabaja con pasi\u00f3n y profesionalidad. Porque el sector hostelero es un lugar donde se aprende, se crece y se construye futuro\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa ha comenzado con dos v\u00eddeos en redes sociales a los que se ir\u00e1n sumando m\u00e1s a lo largo del tiempo mediante el formato de preguntas encadenadas para fomentar el esp\u00edritu de red. Especialmente, se busca llegar al p\u00fablico joven, ya que \u201cqueremos que vean en la hosteler\u00eda un camino con recorrido, oportunidades y con sentido de pertenencia\u201d, indica el presidente.<\/p>\n<p>Durante las entrevistas, se pone en valor el talento. Por eso, cada v\u00eddeo es una pieza de identidad. \u201cEntre todos construimos una imagen m\u00e1s justa y real del sector\u201d, asegura Lasheras.
