Este acuerdo ser\u00e1 el punto de partida del plan \u2018DeLiMadrid, un mundo de sabores\u2019, una alianza estrat\u00e9gica para proyectar al mundo la excelencia de la cocina madrile\u00f1a y lime\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEste acuerdo pionero une a dos de los grandes destinos gastron\u00f3micos del mundo, Madrid y Lima\u201d, ha se\u00f1alado Ma\u00edllo, a\u00f1adiendo que \u201cla gastronom\u00eda es mucho m\u00e1s que cocina: es econom\u00eda local, es identidad y experiencias \u00fanicas\u201d. Con DeLiMadrid, ha se\u00f1alado, \u201cqueremos compartir con el mundo una visi\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica que combina la fusi\u00f3n, la excelencia y la innovaci\u00f3n con el respeto a las ra\u00edces\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DeLiMadrid, una alianza gastron\u00f3mica pionera<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u2018DeLiMadrid, un mundo de sabores\u2019 nace con el objetivo de crear nuevos puentes de entendimiento gastron\u00f3mico entre los universos culinarios de Madrid y Lima, as\u00ed como de generar espacios comunicativos y experienciales en torno a la gastronom\u00eda como eje de atracci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica y cultural de ambas ciudades. Presentar\u00e1 al mundo dos cocinas que se fundamentan en la autenticidad y el sabor, desde una apuesta decidida por la innovaci\u00f3n y la fusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Entre las acciones previstas en el marco del acuerdo, destacan iniciativas como la Semana DeLiMadrid, unas jornadas gastron\u00f3micas en Lima donde restaurantes ofrecer\u00e1n platos inspirados en la cocina madrile\u00f1a o maridados con vinos de Madrid. Este evento acercar\u00e1 a los lime\u00f1os los sabores m\u00e1s representativos de la capital espa\u00f1ola, invit\u00e1ndolos a descubrir su riqueza culinaria. Adem\u00e1s, se promover\u00e1 la colaboraci\u00f3n a cuatro manos entre cocineros de ambas ciudades, desarrollando una experiencia gastron\u00f3mica que exprese el lenguaje culinario de Madrid y Lima. Asimismo, se organizar\u00e1 un viaje de familiarizaci\u00f3n para periodistas gastron\u00f3micos peruanos a Madrid para conocer de primera mano los restaurantes m\u00e1s representativos de la capital y compartir su experiencia con el p\u00fablico peruano.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dos capitales gastron\u00f3micas con proyecci\u00f3n global<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ambas capitales comparten idioma, cultura y tambi\u00e9n la pasi\u00f3n por la cocina. Madrid ha sido coronada como la mejor ciudad de Europa y la quinta del mundo para comer, seg\u00fan la revista internacional <em>Time Out<\/em>. Cuenta con 35 estrellas Michel\u00edn repartidas en 28 restaurantes, as\u00ed como 17 mercados gastron\u00f3micos y 18.327 establecimientos hosteleros, algunos de ellos centenarios como Casa Bot\u00edn, Casa Labra o Caf\u00e9 Gij\u00f3n. La gastronom\u00eda es el segundo motivo para visitar Madrid y ha obtenido una nota sobresaliente en las encuestas de percepci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>Lima, por su parte, se ha convertido en uno de los epicentros gastron\u00f3micos m\u00e1s reputados del mundo, con restaurantes como Maido o Kjolle entre los mejores del planeta. En el primer semestre de 2024, el valor de los sectores de alojamiento y restaurantes alcanz\u00f3 los 1.917 millones de euros en el PIB peruano, seg\u00fan datos de Comexper\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, la cocina madrile\u00f1a y lime\u00f1a han ganado protagonismo rec\u00edproco gracias al auge del turismo educativo, la apertura de restaurantes en ambas ciudades y una mejor conectividad a\u00e9rea entre las capitales.<\/p>\n<p>Como destaca Ma\u00edllo \u201cpocas experiencias hablan tanto de un lugar como su forma de cocinar y de comer.
