Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Lasheras ha sido reelegido presidente de Horeca Restaurantes de Zaragoza y Provincia <\/strong>para los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro a\u00f1os. El presidente afronta un nuevo mandato con el apoyo de una junta directiva con 22 vocales comprometidos a seguir impulsando el desarrollo del sector de la restauraci\u00f3n, con un enfoque claro en la profesionalizaci\u00f3n y la defensa del asociacionismo.<\/p>\n

La nueva junta directiva, compuesta por un total de 22 miembros<\/strong>, incluye a representantes de diversas empresas y establecimientos de reconocido prestigio. De ellos, 7 miembros <\/strong>son nuevas incorporaciones, que aportan nuevas perspectivas para afrontar los desaf\u00edos que se presentan en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.     En su discurso de reelecci\u00f3n, el presidente subray\u00f3 la importancia de mantener la unidad del sector <\/strong>y destac\u00f3 el papel fundamental que desempe\u00f1an los asociados en el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y social de Zaragoza y su provincia. \u00abNuestro objetivo es seguir avanzando con paso firme, apostando por un modelo de restauraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s profesional, innovador y adaptado a los nuevos tiempos. El trabajo conjunto con nuestros socios, patrocinadores y las administraciones ser\u00e1 clave para consolidar los logros obtenidos en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os\u00bb, asegur\u00f3 Lasheras.<\/p>\n

    Uno de los aspectos m\u00e1s destacados del nuevo mandato ser\u00e1 la puesta en marcha del Plan Estrat\u00e9gico 2025-2029<\/strong>, que contempla una serie de objetivos claros y medibles para la evoluci\u00f3n de la asociaci\u00f3n y la mejora de la competitividad del sector. Entre los pilares de este plan se incluyen la formaci\u00f3n continua <\/strong>de los profesionales del sector, el crecimiento de la base de socios y un fortalecimiento de la comunicaci\u00f3n interna y externa <\/strong>para mejorar la visibilidad de la asociaci\u00f3n y la percepci\u00f3n p\u00fablica de la restauraci\u00f3n en Zaragoza.<\/p>\n

    El presidente reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con la defensa del sector hostelero<\/strong>, resaltando la necesidad de un trabajo constante con las administraciones p\u00fablicas para garantizar un entorno favorable para los empresarios. \u00abEs fundamental que continuemos siendo el interlocutor m\u00e1s valorado ante las instituciones, y para ello debemos seguir demostrando que la profesionalizaci\u00f3n y la mejora continua son nuestras prioridades\u00bb, destac\u00f3. Adem\u00e1s, apunt\u00f3 a la importancia de la formaci\u00f3n <\/strong>y la adaptaci\u00f3n a las nuevas tecnolog\u00edas<\/strong>, as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de una comisi\u00f3n de buenas pr\u00e1cticas <\/strong>que permita a la asociaci\u00f3n liderar la transformaci\u00f3n del sector con \u00e9tica y responsabilidad.<\/p>\n

    Por otro lado, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Lasheras se mostr\u00f3 confiado en que la nueva junta directiva <\/strong>aportar\u00e1 la renovaci\u00f3n necesaria para afrontar los desaf\u00edos que plantea el futuro del sector. \u00abContamos con un equipo de trabajo que aporta experiencia, innovaci\u00f3n y, sobre todo, un profundo compromiso con el bienestar del colectivo\u201d.
