Castellon de la Plana<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>HOSTELER\u00cdA DE ESPA\u00d1A<\/strong> pone en marcha la <strong>decimonovena edici\u00f3n de los Premios Nacionales de Hosteler\u00eda<\/strong>, que tendr\u00e1n lugar en <strong>Castell\u00f3n<\/strong>. Tras su \u00faltima edici\u00f3n en <strong>Oviedo<\/strong>, los m\u00e1ximos reconocimientos del sector <strong>contin\u00faan con su esp\u00edritu itinerante<\/strong>, volviendo a celebrarse en aquellas ciudades cuya asociaci\u00f3n provincial de hosteler\u00eda postule su candidatura. En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el <strong>Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de Hosteler\u00eda de Espa\u00f1a<\/strong> ha decidido que la propuesta presentada por Ashotur sea la elegida, por lo que <strong>Castell\u00f3n<\/strong> ser\u00e1 la sede de una gala muy especial.<\/p>\n<p>Estos premios, ya consolidados como una referencia en el sector hostelero, tienen como objetivo <strong>reconocer las iniciativas que impulsan el crecimiento y fortalecimiento de la hosteler\u00eda<\/strong>, enriqueciendo su marca a nivel local, nacional e internacional.<\/p>\n<p>Las diferentes categor\u00edas distinguen a <strong>empresarios hosteleros, empresas del sector y cocineros-empresarios<\/strong>, as\u00ed como a aquellos que destacan por <strong>su compromiso con la responsabilidad social, la inclusi\u00f3n de personas con discapacidad y la sostenibilidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se premian la <strong>innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la <strong>promoci\u00f3n de la cultura<\/strong> y la g<strong>astronom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola<\/strong>, la <strong>internacionalizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la <strong>mejora del sector<\/strong>, la <strong>formaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y la <strong>promoci\u00f3n asociativa dentro del sector<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se otorgan reconocimientos a la labor en <strong>comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong> y difusi\u00f3n, un Premio Especial a la <strong>Concordia<\/strong> \u00abJos\u00e9 Luis Fern\u00e1ndez Noriega\u00bb, y se destaca el papel esencial de <strong>entidades, instituciones y empresas<\/strong> <strong>proveedoras<\/strong> que contribuyen al desarrollo del sector.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se conceder\u00e1 el Premio <strong>\u201cHosteler\u00eda con coraz\u00f3n\u201d que lleva el nombre de Jos\u00e9 Luis Yzuel<\/strong>, presidente de Hosteler\u00eda de Espa\u00f1a hasta su reciente fallecimiento, quien adem\u00e1s fue el primero en recibir este galard\u00f3n en los Premios Nacionales de Hosteler\u00eda de 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Se mantiene el r<strong>econocimiento especial al servicio de sala<\/strong>, una categor\u00eda que se incorpor\u00f3 a los premios en su <strong>XVII edici\u00f3n<\/strong>, y que pone en valor el papel fundamental del personal de sala en la experiencia hostelera.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00f3ximamente compartiremos m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre la apertura del plazo para la presentaci\u00f3n de candidaturas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/2025\/04\/24\/castellon-elegida-sede-para-los-proximos-premios-nacionales-de-hosteleria-2025\/\">source<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fadri tower and Gothic Cathedral in night.
