{"id":4335,"date":"2024-11-15T13:51:38","date_gmt":"2024-11-15T12:51:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.araalicante.com\/expertise-y-formacion-espanola-en-la-capacitacion-del-sector-hostelero-en-azerbayan-para-cop29\/"},"modified":"2024-11-15T13:51:38","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T12:51:38","slug":"expertise-y-formacion-espanola-en-la-capacitacion-del-sector-hostelero-en-azerbayan-para-cop29","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.araalicante.com\/en\/expertise-y-formacion-espanola-en-la-capacitacion-del-sector-hostelero-en-azerbayan-para-cop29\/","title":{"rendered":"Expertise y formaci\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola en la capacitaci\u00f3n del sector hostelero en Azerbay\u00e1n para COP29"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>La consultora espa\u00f1ola de hosteler\u00eda Linkers, en colaboraci\u00f3n con World Association of Chefs Societies, la Agencia Estatal de Turismo y el Centro Nacional de Cocina de Azerbaiy\u00e1n, ha liderado un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n destinado a preparar a la industria hotelera y de restauraci\u00f3n de su capital, Bak\u00fa, para la 29\u00aa sesi\u00f3n de la Conferencia de las Partes (COP29) de la Convenci\u00f3n Marco de las Naciones Unidas sobre el Cambio Clim\u00e1tico que se celebra estos d\u00edas, del 11 a 22 de noviembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-30614 size-full lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/linkers.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"339\"\/><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-30614 size-full lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/linkers.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"339\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/linkers.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/linkers-300x145.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/linkers-150x73.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/linkers-640x310.jpg 640w, https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/linkers-681x330.jpg 681w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\"\/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>Este programa ha beneficiado a m\u00e1s de <strong>500 profesionales de 220 establecimientos de la capital del pa\u00eds<\/strong>, mejorando su capacidad para enfrentarse a los retos de gesti\u00f3n, sostenibilidad y cumplimiento de las normativas y expectativas para acoger a los clientes internacionales, adem\u00e1s de las delegaciones nacionales y periodistas que acudir\u00e1n espec\u00edficamente a este evento internacional del m\u00e1s alto nivel.<\/p>\n<p>El equipo de expertos de <strong>Linkers<\/strong> desarroll\u00f3 a medida del proyecto un <strong>Manual de Servicio de Sala, Cocina y Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente<\/strong>, dirigido a restaurantes independientes en Bak\u00fa. Este manual tiene como objetivo principal homogeneizar la experiencia para el cliente internacional con los establecimientos de las grandes marcas hoteleras presentes en la ciudad, ahondando en \u00e1reas clave para la industria, desde seguridad alimentaria, atenci\u00f3n al cliente internacional y adaptaci\u00f3n de men\u00fas o la implementaci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas para la reducci\u00f3n de emisiones de carbono.<\/p>\n<p>Para llevar a cabo esta iniciativa, el equipo de Linkers se desplaz\u00f3 a Bak\u00fa durante diez d\u00edas para impartir un programa de <strong>\u201cFormaci\u00f3n de Formadores\u201d<\/strong> a la \u00e9lite de responsables de sala y cocina de la ciudad y del pa\u00eds. Esta capacitaci\u00f3n especializada, que incluy\u00f3 teor\u00eda y pr\u00e1ctica en servicio de sala y atenci\u00f3n al cliente, permiti\u00f3 a estos l\u00edderes locales formar posteriormente a empresarios y empleados en los est\u00e1ndares internacionales de hosteler\u00eda, contribuyendo a la mejora y fortalecimiento de un sector en imprescindible para Azerbaiy\u00e1n al estar acogiendo grandes eventos mundiales de prestigio como la COP29 o la Formula 1.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCon esta formaci\u00f3n, la Agencia Estatal de Turismo y el Centro Nacional de Cocina de Azerbaiy\u00e1n, han ayudado a que los restaurantes independientes locales en Bak\u00fa se alineen con los altos est\u00e1ndares de servicio de las grandes marcas, promoviendo la sostenibilidad y la calidad en todo el sector.
