El cocinero ser\u00e1 el responsable del men\u00fa de esta cita musical \u00fanica que celebrar\u00e1 el <strong>D\u00eda de la Almudena con 12 horas de m\u00fasica ininterrumpida <\/strong>y <strong>actividades de cultura cervecera<\/strong>. Entre ellas, destacan los aclamados talleres de tiraje, en los que los festivaleros podr\u00e1n aprender a tirar la ca\u00f1a perfecta y convertirse en aut\u00e9nticos maestros cerveceros.<\/p>\n<p>Miguel Carretero, chef del restaurante <strong>Santerra<\/strong> de Madrid, recientemente galardonado con una <strong>Estrella Michelin<\/strong>, es ampliamente conocido por su maestr\u00eda en las recetas castizas y su capacidad para resaltar los sabores de productos locales, dotes que aplicar\u00e1 a la propuesta del festival. Entre sus m\u00faltiples logros destacan el galard\u00f3n a la \u2018<strong>mejor croqueta del mundo\u2019<\/strong>, obtenido en dos ocasiones, y el premio a las \u2018<strong>mejores patatas bravas de Madrid\u2019<\/strong>, otorgado en el prestigioso congreso Madrid Fusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En la propuesta que el chef elabore en exclusiva para Vibra Mahou Fest no podr\u00e1n faltar sus grandes cl\u00e1sicos, que adem\u00e1s estar\u00e1n acompa\u00f1ados de otras deliciosas recetas para la ocasi\u00f3n. Entre ellas, <strong>\u2018chistorra dog\u2019 con k\u00e9tchup de piquillos, pepito reconvertido en hamburguesa, bikini de yema trufada<\/strong>, <strong>boniato asado con queso feta<\/strong>, y un gui\u00f1o muy especial a la festividad de La Almudena con <strong>una reinterpretaci\u00f3n de la rosca t\u00edpica de esta fecha elaborada con chantilly de caramelo de Mahou Cinco Estrellas y almendras<\/strong>. Una manera \u00fanica de reforzar ese v\u00ednculo que une a la marca con la capital como el aut\u00e9ntico sabor cervecero de Madrid.<\/p>\n<p>La mayor parte de las propuestas que integran la carta est\u00e1n pensadas para compartir con amigos y para comer de forma c\u00f3moda con las manos, facilitando la experiencia de consumo en el contexto de un festival que abrir\u00e1 a mediod\u00eda y se prolongar\u00e1 hasta la medianoche y que, adem\u00e1s de La La Love You, Shinova, Cupido y Carlos Sadness, contar\u00e1 con la frescura del rock de <strong>La Paloma<\/strong>, las melod\u00edas ca\u00f1eras de <strong>Shego<\/strong> y <strong>Lucy<\/strong> y el arte inclasificable de <strong>Roc\u00edo Saiz<\/strong>.
