La formaci\u00f3n tiene como prop\u00f3sito identificar y se\u00f1alar los desaf\u00edos actuales del sector en materia de Sostenibilidad y Responsabilidad para <strong>acompa\u00f1ar al sector de la hosteler\u00eda en su transici\u00f3n sostenible. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de una sesi\u00f3n formativa en la sede del Grupo Sibuya en Le\u00f3n, <strong>los directores de m\u00e1s de 20 restaurantes del Grupo<\/strong> repartidos por toda la geograf\u00eda espa\u00f1ola y los empleados de oficina han recibido esta formaci\u00f3n te\u00f3rico pr\u00e1ctica centrada en temas como la selecci\u00f3n de ingredientes frescos y sostenibles, la gesti\u00f3n eficiente de residuos, el ahorro de agua y el bienestar del personal de la mano de <strong>Xabier Gorostiza, Brand Education Manager de Pernod Ricard Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s, durante la formaci\u00f3n, todo el equipo ha vivido una experiencia pr\u00e1ctica visitando dos restaurantes emblem\u00e1ticos del Grupo en la ciudad, el Restaurante Kamado y Sibuya.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>El avance del sector hotelero pasa por la formaci\u00f3n continua y la especializaci\u00f3n de sus profesionales, tambi\u00e9n en lo que se refiere a sostenibilidad<\/em> <em>y responsabilidad<\/em>\u201d afirma <strong>Carmen Jim\u00e9nez, Communications and S&amp;R Expert de Pernod Ricard Espa\u00f1a<\/strong>. \u201c<em>Unirnos a un cliente con tanta dispersi\u00f3n geogr\u00e1fica como el Grupo Sibuya, nos permite materializar nuestro prop\u00f3sito a lo largo de diferentes zonas de Espa\u00f1a para alcanzar un impacto positivo real en el sector<\/em>\u201d, concluye.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Angel L.
