Se recupera as\u00ed el ritmo de crecimiento que se ven\u00eda observando al comienzo del a\u00f1o exceptuando marzo y abril, en que se ha visto alterado por el efecto del cambio del mes de celebraci\u00f3n de la Semana Santa respecto al a\u00f1o anterior. Las noches de los espa\u00f1oles subieron un 8,1%, hasta 10,6 millones, mientras que las de los extranjeros aumentaron un 12,3% con un total de 25,2 millones.<\/p>\n<p>En los cinco primeros meses del a\u00f1o las pernoctaciones han aumentado un 8,2%, respecto al mismo per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o anterior. Las de los espa\u00f1oles suponen un 1,1% m\u00e1s, mientras que las de los extranjeros se incrementan un 12,2%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>Catalu\u00f1a y la Comunidad Valenciana<\/strong> fueron los destinos principales de los espa\u00f1oles en mayo, con el 21,2%, 14,1% y 12,6% del total de las pernoctaciones, respectivamente. Por su parte, <strong>Baleares<\/strong> fue el destino m\u00e1s visitado por los extranjeros, con el 30,5% del total de las pernoctaciones, seguido de <strong>Catalu\u00f1a<\/strong> y <strong>Canarias<\/strong>, que representan el 18,9% y el 18,5% del total, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La tasa anual de los Precios Hoteleros (IPH) <\/strong>se sit\u00faa en un<strong> 8,1%,<\/strong> que supone un punto menos que en mayo del a\u00f1o anterior y 4,1 puntos por encima de la de abril. La mayor subida tuvo lugar en Madrid (17,1%), mientras que, en el lado contrario, en Navarra supuso un descenso de un 2,8%. Por categor\u00edas, el mayor incremento tuvo lugar en los hostales de una estrella (10,1%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los hoteles facturaron<\/strong> por cada habitaci\u00f3n ocupada una media de 111,7 euros en mayo, <strong>un 9,2% m\u00e1s<\/strong> que en el mismo mes de 2023, y el ingreso medio diario por habitaci\u00f3n disponible (RevPAR), condicionado por la ocupaci\u00f3n registrada en los hoteles, alcanz\u00f3 los 78 euros, con una subida de un 15,6%.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/2024\/06\/24\/las-pernoctaciones-hoteleras-recuperan-el-ritmo-de-crecimiento-en-mayo\/\">source<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las pernoctaciones en hoteles aumentaron en mayo un 11,1% respecto al mismo<span class=\"excerpt-hellip\"> [\u2026]<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":17,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3980","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias-externas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
