Las noches de los espa\u00f1oles aumentaron un 16,4%, hasta 9,4 millones, mientras que las de los extranjeros tuvieron un alza de un 20,8% con un total de 15,2 millones.<\/p>\n<p>En el primer trimestre las pernoctaciones se incrementaron un 12,6% respecto al mismo per\u00edodo del a\u00f1o anterior. Las de los espa\u00f1oles suponen un 7,4% m\u00e1s y las de los extranjeros suben un 15,8%.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong>, <strong>Catalu\u00f1a y la Comunidad Valenciana<\/strong> fueron los destinos principales de los espa\u00f1oles en febrero, con el 20,3%, 13,5% y 12,9% del total de las pernoctaciones, respectivamente. Por su parte, <strong>Canarias<\/strong> fue el destino m\u00e1s visitado por los extranjeros, con el 38,3% del total de las pernoctaciones, seguido de <strong>Catalu\u00f1a<\/strong> y <strong>Andaluc\u00eda<\/strong>, que representan el 16% y el 15,2% del total, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La tasa anual de los Precios Hoteleros (IPH) subi\u00f3 un 10%,<\/strong> que supone 2,3 puntos m\u00e1s que en febrero y siete d\u00e9cimas por debajo de la de marzo de 2023. La mayor subida tuvo lugar en el Pa\u00eds Vasco (22,2%), mientras que la de Ceuta fue la m\u00e1s moderada. Por categor\u00edas, el mayor incremento tuvo lugar en los hoteles de una estrella (12,2%).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Los hoteles facturaron<\/strong> por cada habitaci\u00f3n ocupada una media de 109,2 euros en marzo, <strong>un 9,7% m\u00e1s<\/strong> que en el mismo mes de 2023, y el ingreso medio diario por habitaci\u00f3n disponible (RevPAR), condicionado por la ocupaci\u00f3n registrada en los hoteles, alcanz\u00f3 los 69,5 euros, con un aumento de un 12,2%.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/2024\/04\/23\/las-pernoctaciones-hoteleras-dispararon-su-crecimiento-en-marzo-hasta-un-191\/\">source<\/a><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Las pernoctaciones en hoteles aumentaron en marzo un 19,1% respecto al mismo<span class=\"excerpt-hellip\"> [\u2026]<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":17,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-3826","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias-externas"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
