De ellas 692.175 trabajan en bares y restaurantes y las 247.150 restantes en alojamiento.<\/p>\n<p>El <strong>predominio femenino<\/strong> en el empleo es m\u00e1s acusado en la rama de <strong>alojamiento<\/strong>, donde representan el <strong>56,1%,<\/strong> mientras que en la de <strong>restauraci\u00f3n hay una mayor paridad <\/strong>por g\u00e9nero, y suponen el <strong>53,3%.<\/strong> En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o el empleo femenino ha crecido con mayor intensidad que el masculino, un 8,4% en restauraci\u00f3n y un 7,1% en el alojamiento, frente al 3,8% y 3,7%, respectivamente que aument\u00f3 el masculino. Siguen recuperando as\u00ed el peso que se perdi\u00f3 en la \u00faltima crisis, en que pasaron a representar en 2020 el 51,6%, y acerc\u00e1ndose a cerca del 56% que supon\u00edan en 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Del total de mujeres hosteleras el 14,1% trabaja por cuenta propia, que suponen 132.700 mujeres. En las actividades de restauraci\u00f3n las trabajadoras aut\u00f3nomas suponen un porcentaje mayor (17,1%), representando un menor porcentaje en el alojamiento, de un 5,7%.<\/p>\n<p>En el \u00faltimo a\u00f1o el empleo aut\u00f3nomo femenino ha perdido peso respecto al masculino, suponen el 43,4%, frente al 45,6% de 2022. En restauraci\u00f3n representan el 42,7% (44,8% en 2022), mientras que en el alojamiento est\u00e1n m\u00e1s equiparadas con los hombres y se sit\u00faan ligeramente por encima representando el 50,2%, aunque han bajado de peso respecto al 55% que supon\u00edan el a\u00f1o anterior.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-28617 size-full lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Mujeres.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"450\"\/><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-28617 size-full lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Mujeres.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Mujeres.jpg 620w, https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Mujeres-300x218.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Mujeres-150x109.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Mujeres-579x420.jpg 579w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 620px) 100vw, 620px\"\/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>Las mujeres acaparan la mayor parte de los contratos a <strong>tiempo parcial<\/strong> en el sector hostelero. Con 268.000 trabajadoras con este tipo de jornada representan el 65,8<strong>%. <\/strong>Atendiendo s\u00f3lo al empleo femenino, el correspondiente a tiempo parcial supone el 28,6% del total, frente al 17,4% que supone el masculino en su g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>Atendiendo a la edad, las mujeres son mayoritarias en casi todos los tramos de edad, manteniendo mayor distancia con los hombres en la franja de entre 30 y 59 a\u00f1os.
