{"id":3585,"date":"2024-02-22T04:48:35","date_gmt":"2024-02-22T04:48:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.araalicante.com\/la-facturacion-hostelera-aumento-un-107-en-2023\/"},"modified":"2024-02-22T04:48:35","modified_gmt":"2024-02-22T04:48:35","slug":"la-facturacion-hostelera-aumento-un-107-en-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.araalicante.com\/en\/la-facturacion-hostelera-aumento-un-107-en-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"La facturaci\u00f3n hostelera aument\u00f3 un 10,7% en 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-28311 size-full lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/CN-dic23.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"655\" height=\"256\"\/><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-28311 size-full lazyload\" src=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/CN-dic23.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"655\" height=\"256\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/CN-dic23.jpg 655w, https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/CN-dic23-300x117.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/CN-dic23-150x59.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.hosteleriadigital.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/CN-dic23-640x250.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 655px) 100vw, 655px\"\/><\/noscript><\/p>\n<p>La cifra de negocios de la hosteler\u00eda supuso en 2023 un crecimiento de un <strong>10,7% respecto al a\u00f1o anterior,<\/strong> seg\u00fan los datos de los Indicadores de Actividad del Sector Servicios del INE, aumento algo superior al 10% previsto. <strong>El subsector de restauraci\u00f3n tuvo un incremento de un 8,8%<\/strong>, y el del <strong>alojamiento<\/strong>, supone un mayor impulso, de un <strong>14,4%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>En los cuatro primeros meses del a\u00f1o el crecimiento fue m\u00e1s acusado, con aumentos porcentuales de dos d\u00edgitos, que se suavizaron en los meses siguientes, aunque en los meses de septiembre, octubre y diciembre, se volvi\u00f3 al alza de dos d\u00edgitos debido especialmente al impulso en el alojamiento.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En diciembre<\/strong> la cifra de negocios de la hosteler\u00eda en tasa interanual intensific\u00f3 el crecimiento respecto a meses anteriores, hasta un 10,4%, el mayor aumento desde el mes de abril. En restauraci\u00f3n el alza fue de un 9,8% (3,2 puntos m\u00e1s que en noviembre), mientras que en el alojamiento fue de un 12%, cinco d\u00e9cimas por encima del mes anterior, aunque en este subsector se han mantenido aumentos de dos d\u00edgitos a lo largo del a\u00f1o (excepto julio y agosto).<\/p>\n<p><strong>En tasa intermensual<\/strong> la cifra de negocios aument\u00f3 11,7%, despu\u00e9s de tres meses consecutivos de descensos, comportamiento habitual desde septiembre.
