{"id":3516,"date":"2024-02-10T03:42:18","date_gmt":"2024-02-10T03:42:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.araalicante.com\/turismo-licitara-un-nuevo-contrato-de-salvamento-y-socorrismo-con-la-playa-de-san-gabriel\/"},"modified":"2024-02-10T03:42:18","modified_gmt":"2024-02-10T03:42:18","slug":"turismo-licitara-un-nuevo-contrato-de-salvamento-y-socorrismo-con-la-playa-de-san-gabriel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.araalicante.com\/en\/turismo-licitara-un-nuevo-contrato-de-salvamento-y-socorrismo-con-la-playa-de-san-gabriel\/","title":{"rendered":"TURISMO LICITAR\u00c1 UN NUEVO CONTRATO DE SALVAMENTO Y SOCORRISMO CON LA PLAYA DE SAN GABRIEL"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p><strong>Alicante, 8 de febrero de 2023.<\/strong> <strong>El Patronato de Turismo Alicante City&amp;Beach<\/strong> proceder\u00e1 al desistimiento de la tramitaci\u00f3n del contrato de Salvamento y Socorrismo, actualmente en fase de clasificaci\u00f3n, para incluir a la playa de San Gabriel.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso para adjudicar el nuevo contrato, que prev\u00e9 m\u00e1s medios y personal y m\u00e1s flexibilidad horaria, estaba en marcha en el momento en el que el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la Comunidad Valenciana (TSJ CV) dict\u00f3 una sentencia reconociendo al arenal de San Gabriel como \u201cplaya urbana\u201d. Esta calificaci\u00f3n implica que el Ayuntamiento preste los servicios que se llevan a cabo en las otras cinco playas de Alicante, es decir, salvamento y socorrismo, pasarela y lavapi\u00e9s por lo que respecta a Turismo.<\/p>\n<p>Al estar ya redactado el nuevo pliego para el contrato antes de que el TSJ se pronunciara no recog\u00eda la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio en San Gabriel. Por este motivo el <strong>Patronato Alicante City&amp;Beach<\/strong> ha decidido acogerse al desistimiento y volver a sacar a licitaci\u00f3n el servicio incluyendo a esta playa y prestar as\u00ed el servicio de Salvamento y Socorrismo en todas las playas, que ahora ser\u00e1n seis.<\/p>\n<p>La concejala de Turismo, Ana Poquet, ha asegurado que \u201ces la mejor soluci\u00f3n para garantizar que el servicio se presta en igualdad de condiciones en las playas de Alicante\u201d. Y ha a\u00f1adido que \u201cesta decisi\u00f3n no afecta al resto de playas puesto que el servicio est\u00e1 garantizado hasta que se adjudique el nuevo contrato\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo contrato saldr\u00e1 a licitaci\u00f3n por tres a\u00f1os prorrogables a dos m\u00e1s, tal y como se preve\u00eda.
